L’appartamento è composto da un ampio salone d’ingresso, un’ampia sala da pranzo,un luminoso salone con poggiolo e splendida vista sul canale, bellissima terrazza con vista sul canale. Spaziosa cucina accessoriata, tre camere matrimoniali con aria condizionata, due ampi bagni E’ stato sede di esposizioni di Biennale e set di film. Non c’è l’ascensore
