If you're looking for the best, you've found it. There's not a larger or better 1 bedroom condo in the main building at Seascape. It is the only 864 sq ft end unit with ocean view balcony and lots of windows to let the light in! Oh, and has a actual kitchen with a full size fridge and dishwasher. No matter what special occasion brings you to town, this is the condo you will want stay in! Seascape Beach Resort has amazing sunsets, a soft sandy beach, top notch restaurants, and so many amenities.

Quiet peaceful private sunny

This is a quiet peaceful 11.5 x 14’ studio attached to the back of the house. There are two large skylights which fill the room with warm light. Across the street, a 40 acre public park with hiking trails into the redwoods & to the creek which runs behind the house and studio. Located near the end of the road there is almost no traffic, no streetlights and no sidewalks. Redwoods tower above, home to hawks, owls and woodpeckers. Shopping, restaurants and Niscene Marks State Park 5 minutes away.

The Cottage Getaway by the Sea is a single level one bedroom stand alone cottage on a cliff over Rio Del Mar Beach w/ 180 degree WOW views of the Monterey Bay. Our guest suite is on the lower floor of our house in a quiet neighborhood and is a 15 minute walk and 5 minute drive to a beautiful beach. There are two restaurants 3 blocks from our house, both have views of the ocean and outdoor seating. The suite has a bedroom with a king size bed and closet; also a private bathroom and den. Den is equipped with refrigerator, coffee maker, sink, flat screen RokuTV, and microwave. Patio has gas fire pit, small deck, waterfall feature, & hot tub.
