Accogliente e confortevole appartamento molto soleggiato e con vista mozzafiato ubicato nel vero centro città in cui abitano ancora molti veneziani .Attorno si trovano numerosi negozi di frutta e verdura ,panetterie e ben 3 supermercati! Il mio alloggio è molto vicino al trasporto pubblico da e per aeroporto,ferrovia ,piazzale roma (bus e auto ) Rialto e S.Marco! (che si possono raggiungere anche a piedi !)E' adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie (con bambini)

Incantevole appartamento arredato in tipico stile veneziano - soggiorno con ampio affaccio sul Canale / Rio della Madonna dell'Orto . Si accede attraverso un bellissimo giardino condominiale. L'approdo per vaporetti motoscafi per i collegamenti verso la stazione ferroviaria aeroporto, isole Murano Burano Lido di Venezia etc si trova solo 7 minuti a piedi dall'abitazione. La casa è arredata con gusto e si trova in prossimità del casinò di Venezia, che si affaccia sul Canal Grande. La terrazza (privata) si trova sul rio di San Marcuola e offre una bellissima vista del passaggio delle gondole. Cucina completa, ampia zona pranzo/living con smart TV, 3 camere da letto, 1 bagno con doccia molto spaziosa e wifi gratuito.

An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.
