We are a small beachfront hotel featuring 6 private, oceanfront cabanas. The design for the rooms and the property is inspired by Caribbean style, aiming to embody the charm and simplicity of beach living. SUYO is located on Playa Popoyo, in rural Nicaragua, the heart of surfer's paradise. You can walk to perfect waves or spend the day relaxing on the beach. Where jungle meets the beach. Just a 5-minute-walk to the water. On top of the first hill overlooking the ocean. We are one of the closest apartment to playa Maderas! You will enjoy this rustic, light studio apartment. It has a compact kitchenette + living room. The bed- and bathroom are totally screened in to make you feel comfortable in the tropics. Keep in mind though that we are in the jungle and critters are a part of that! There is a small garden with a picnic table and a hammock chair.

We offer private home rentals for a tranquil vacation close to many world class surf break - 3km to the first beach access point - Playa Guasacate.

An 8-minute walk to the beach, good for working remotely, private space with little garden in the front, great for one person or a couple, kitchen + gas provided, three loving dogs. Happy to share rides to town when around and also be mates! You will need 4x4 to access via vehicle You will hear the sounds of nature outside: the wind, the rain, and you will encounter natures liveliness during your stay.

Our cute casita is situated in a large garden beside a river. You can listen to the birds and howler monkeys, relax in your hammock on the patio, and look at the Guanacaste trees in the garden. You can use the basketball court on the property with a terrace and outdoor kitchen. You can walk to Marsella beach (10 min.) or Maderas beach (20 min.), where you have great surf. It is 10 min. to San Juan del Sur: you can already use the new road, the Costanera, that is being built.

Relax in a cheerful, tranquil and private casita or private room located on Playa Jiquilite between Magnific Rock and Rancho Santana. Just minutes walking to surf breaks and yoga classes. There are many dining and bar options within walking distance or just chill at your new home away from home and make your own! Many of the restaurants feature pools you can use as long as you purchase drinks or meals from them occasionally. Motorcycle rentals are available off property.
