This apartment is situated in the area of Justicia and very close to the Plaza de Alonso Martínez, which has exceptionally good public transport links to allow for easy travel to the rest of the city. It is the ideal place for those who are looking to live in an exclusive part of the centre of Madrid and within the elegant neighbourhood of Salamanca. The apartment has of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living-dining area and a kitchen, all of which are finished to the highest standards and complete with necessities for a family or group of four people. The living and dining room are incorporated into one open plan space but the kitchen remains separate. The Kitchen is elegant in design and has a small and comfortable breakfast bar which is ideal for quick meals. The master bedroom boasts an en-suite. Termperature is not an issue either because the house is equipped with air conditioning (please, let's be eco and make a moderate use :) Kitchen is full equipped and you will be able to buy groceries at the Carrefour 50m far away or at the late-shop located right underneath the apartment. Pay attention at the provenzal style chill-out to sunbathe or to enjoy the fresh air at night. The parking is communal and is located just 200m from the accommodation. It is necessary to access the apartment first to pick up the parking control and then park. There are no assigned parking spaces but you can park in any of the available spaces. The parking is free, no additional charges are made and is subject to availability.
