Located in a designated Dark Skies region. Rural, scenic location 4 miles from Dolgellau, Snowdonia, with footpaths & cycle track starting from the pod. Ideal base for walkers, cyclists, sight-seers & photographers. Cross Foxes Hotel 1 mile. Snowdon Pen y Pass car park just over 1 hour. Zip World Forest just under 1 hour.

Situated in the grounds of “Caerau Gardens”, a charming and unusual bolt hole for a couple. With under-floor heating, a Sauna and a full cinema system with screen and a stunning audio system from Monitor Audio. Hafod Hedd (Peaceful Summer Dwelling)

Hafod Hedd is set in a beautiful private woody location on a the banks of a river. It is the perfect get away for adventurous souls who wish to escape the modern world! Cooking, heating and hot water are provided by a real fire, light is provided by candles, and the loo is an eco-friendly compost toilet. The real highlight is bathing under the stars in a pair of al fresco baths. This dwelling is only suited to able bodied adults as there are steep paths, hot fires, and drops into the river.

‘Cut Y Barwn’ is a private Shepherds Hut located on the Southern edge of Snowdonia National Park. Situated just off the A458, 3 miles before Mallwyd and 8 minutes drive to Dinas Mawddwy, the hut has private access, parking, and farmland valley views. Our electricity is sourced through hydro power and our wood is from wind-fallen trees on the farm. We are dog friendly!
