Riverside Gardens at Acacia Hills

On the bank of the Don River, just 15 minutes from Devonport, the two bedroom unit attached to our home has a private entrance, two queen beds and extra single bed and cot available on request. If reserving for 1 or 2 guests, only one bedroom will be accessible unless communicated at the time of booking. The unit has fridge, microwave, coffee machine and dining setting. BBQ in the undercover courtyard for guests. Continental breakfast included. There is no kitchen sink so we do the dishes!

Self Contained West Launceston Studio

Studio Apartment with private entry. 5 min walk to Cataract Gorge , 15 mins walk or 5min drive to the City. Due to proximity to Gorge the streets are quite steep. Happy Nest is an apartment which is half of the main house at NutGarden. The house has been partitioned to make two residences. Happy Nest contains a bedroom, a large living area, a kitchen and shower/toilet. There is a double sofa bed in the living space as well as the double bed in the bedroom. The house was built by owner/ host Kim Clark who lives on the property with his partner Chintana. The spectacular location is in the rainforest of the World Heritage Region of the Great Western Tiers

Madden Cottage

Private, self contained studio in a quiet but central part of Devonport. Facing north with a sliding door opening onto a private outdoor seating area. Also allowing the sun to warm the polished concrete floors of the studio . A comfy queen bed will provide guests with a good nights sleep. Ideal position for the city with great cafes, supermarkets and Hill Street IGA nearby. Just a short walk away to the Mersey River with its shared bike and walking path.

The Clan Cabin

The Cabin is a 1 Bedroom cottage (interior 45m2) built in 2019 below our existing house and looking north over Tam O'Shanter Beach to Bass Strait. There is a queen bed, full kitchen, bathroom and laundry plus undercover outdoor area (20m2). The cabin overlooks Lulworth/Tam O'Shanter Beach (1km+ of sand). Note we have two newer cabins of same design listed under "Tam O Shanter Bayside Cabins (3)"

"This Must Be the Place" Studio 2

1.5 klms to the CBD, less than 1 klms to the Launceston General Hospital. It is a delightful space suitable for couples or single travellers perfect for holidays, weekend travel or business accommodation. Everything is brand new boasting quality furnishings with a modern, fresh scandi style. Bread, milk and condiments provided for your breakfast (min 2 night stay).
