Baltzor Farm and Guesthouse is fewer than 2 miles from some of Bend's amazing breweries and restaurants. Smith Rock and Mt. Bachelor are both within 30 minutes of the guesthouse. Catch a concert, float the Deschutes, or go on a bike ride. Parks Bunkhouse

Welcome to The Parks at Broken Top! Paved walking and biking paths run all through the neighborhood, and easily connect to the larger trail systems within Bend. It's only 2 miles to downtown Bend, 1.5 miles to the Old Mill District, and an easy connection to Century Drive which will take you the 17 miles up to Mt Bachelor (usually about a 25 min drive in winter). The private studio/1 bath unit is attached to the main house, but accessed through a shared garage to a private staircase.

Your own private studio behind our home is in the quiet, quaint neighborhood on the bluff above the Old Mill District and Deschutes River. Short walk to restaurants, coffee, breweries and concerts. Close to the river for floating, SUP, River Trail. Easy access to Mt Bachelor, Cascade Lakes, and mountain fun. Private entrance and sliding doors out to a private patio for your morning coffee or end-of-day beverage. A fire pit is available to top off a cozy evening (see notes.)
