Enjoy a stylish art inspired experience at this centrally-located place. This 700 sq ft ( 65 sq m) apartment was inspired by the previous long term tenant who was from Serbia. This self-proclaimed gypsy was all about the Bohemian vibe with edgy colors, light wood and funky decor. Located in Riverside, this apartment is located walking distance to many well established restaurants and bars and the interstates. This is a self-contained one bedroom apartment that is 1/2 of a duplex. (side by side)

Studio Suite in Beautiful Central Neighborhood

Studio guest suite with queen bed and kitchenette in beautiful Miramar neighborhood, just 5 minutes from historic San Marco. Close to restaurants, grocery, MD Anderson Cancer Center and Wolfson Children's Hospital. Owners live in main house on site but suite has its own private entrance and parking. You will have access to an outdoor dining space and fenced in backyard. Dogs live on premises but will not interfere, although you may hear barking. Sofa bed available if needed, please inquire.

We are centrally located 20 minutes from Jacksonville International Airport, 15 minutes from the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens, 30 minutes drive to the beautiful Florida beaches. It’s also easy drive to Baptist/MD, Mayo Clinic.

This historic country general store, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, is within easy walking distance to art galleries and cultural events, restaurants, bars, night life, and family-friendly activities. This residence is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and furry friends (pets, max. of 2). We are unable to allow guests to host gatherings and house parties. This two story loft garage is detached and is set in the back of the property 45 feet from the main house. The first floor has the kitchen and living space, then walk up the spiral staircase to the bedroom with cathedral ceiling with track lights and ensuite bathroom. I love dogs and allow them with permission first. No pets without prior approval (pet fee is min $50 per stay or $10 per day which ever is greater) My location is a short walk to Starbucks and other restaurants.
