Relax and put your feet up in this peaceful hideaway, down a back section in the heart of Windsor. A 5-minute walk from the shopping centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, boutique shops, pizzeria, fish and chips and cafes. A short stroll away is the Waihopai River Walkway, the beautiful Queens Park is a 10-minute walk away, and 10 minutes drive to the city centre. Please note the 2nd bed is a fold out couch (it is extra) and the guesthouse is beside our garage (so you may hear the garage door).

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun - indoor and out! Modern home, located perfectly half way between the beach and the pub!! Large outdoor deck and entertaining area, wind down blinds and heating means this can be used all year round. Two living areas, stylish kitchen, bathroom and seperate toilet, 3 bedrooms and outdoor shower. Less than 200m walk to the beach and playgrounds. Pet friendly as long as they remain outside - full fenced section. Large lawn area.

Charming cottage with sea views

This charming cottage with stunning sea views is a perfect holiday home where you can stay warm in winter or enjoy outdoor summer living. There are two living areas with an open hallway leading onto a large decking area. The main bedroom captures the seaviews while the two other double bedrooms are bright and light. Warmth is guaranteed with double-glazed windows, good insulation, woodburner and two heat-pumps. There is also underfloor heating in some areas. Welcome to our home by the sea.

My beautiful home is situated in a quiet area in Riverton, 3 mins drive to surf or shops. It’s only 5 mins slow stroll to the beach & 5 mins drive to Mores reserve (native forest walks). The Waihopai Suite

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Waihopai Suite is attached to our home but very private. Situated at the private setting of Millton Park Estate, boasting vast established gardens and a large pond. Wake up to a garden view with wondering ducks, bunnies and the sound of native birdsong. The Settlers Rest Riverton

The Settlers Rest is a quaint holiday retreat, approximately 300m to Taramea bay. Safe swimming beaches, and the second longest wave in New Zealand is found at Mitchell's bay where dolphins are spotted regularly.  Walking the dog on the pet friendly beaches on low tide on sunset is truly inspiring. Relaxing and entertaining atmosphere, of the jazz/blues inspired interior. Large north facing, open plan living and BBQ area. This cosy holiday home can sleep up to 5 people and pets welcome.
