Il y a une terrasse avec mobilier de jardin. Linge et ménage compris. Il se situe à 15 minutes des plages de Saint-Florent, ainsi qu’à moins de 30 minutes de l aéroport de Bastia Poretta et du port de Bastia. Jacuzzi non dispo de novembre à mars.

Idéal pour départ très matinal ou arrivée tardive. micro-ondes et petit réfrigérateur.pour les séjour d'une nuit les draps sont des jetables,plus long séjour draps tissus.Nous avons un autre bien sous le nom de appartement calme 1 à 3 couchages à la même adresse. Possibilité de louer notre voiture au tarif de 40€/jour selon disponibilité.

The Terrace

The Terrace is formed by a double-room in two floors, recently completely renovated and decorated with style. It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.

Dans mon jardin(ma maison est au numéro 27 du hameau de Marinca) , une chambre indépendante, simple, blanche, lumineuse avec douche, lavabo et wc, petit frigo. nespresso et thé Mais pas de cuisine. Dans un coin de jardin, au coeur du hameau de Marinca. Étape idéale pour qui fait le tour du cap en voiture, moto ou vélo. A 10' à pied de la mer! Attention Marinca n est pas à Nonza mais 10km plus loin après Albo dans la commune de Canari !!!
