The little pampered mobile home is not fancy but it's oh so peaceful and relaxing to sit by the pond or just relax on the big deck and view the hundred year old farmstead. Drive past the host's house about 1500' down a maintained gravel road and you're there! You'll have your own campfire site complete with firewood and stumps to sit on or enjoy the covered pier over the pond...it has a fan to keep it breezy!

The Cabin at Camp K9 takes “dog friendly” to a new level by providing personal, one-on-one doggy service during your stay. We will check on your pooch while you’re gone at time intervals you request. We’ll take him out into the side yard attached to the Airbnb for fresh air, potty and playtime. No need to rush back from whatever activities you are enjoying in Aggieland! We’ve got it covered. There is nothing else like it in the Brazos Valley! Your dog called. He wants to stay here.

With this property located in the country you get to enjoy the beautiful calmness of nature while still very close to Bryan/College Station(45 minutes) as well as Franklin (20 minutes). This is a 1 bedroom 1 bath 880 square foot home with a twin bed and couch to sleep on as well. It is a house inside of a shop so there is covered parking, places to cook outside, relax with awesome country views in the mornings and evenings. It is out in the country and on the same property as our house but peaceful it is. Sleeps four with room to run. Horses and cows are all around to look at as well.

This beautifully restored 2 bedroom home from the early 1900's has all of the amenities to make your stay comfortable. Conveniently located in downtown Franklin, with a coffee shop and donut shop both next door. Close proximity to the Franklin Ranch Park and the Franklin Drive Through Safari and walking distance to everything throughout downtown Franklin.
