Luminoso appartamento appena ristrutturato al secondo piano di un complesso residenziale immerso in un ampio parco. 1 posto auto, 2 camere, 2 bagni, sala con angolo cottura e divano letto, WIFI, 3 TV, AC, 2 terrazze (di cui una ampia e attrezzata). Zona tranquilla, 50 metri dal mare, di fronte al Pinetina Sud e a una spiaggia libera che prosegue per Km. Biancheria su richiesta (15 euro/persona). 3 biciclette. 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. No animali. Mesi estivi affitto settimanale da domenica

Villa Carla (7+3 posti letto) è composta da 2 camere matrimoniali, 1 camera con il letto a castello, 1 camera singola, 2 bagni con doccia, cucina e soggiorno con divano letto singolo ed un divano con penisola (letto 150 x 180), un giardino molto ampio ed esclusivo, ombreggiato da una pineta secolare, attrezzato con tavolo, ombrellone e sedie per mangiare fuori. Cucina attrezzata con 4 piastre elettriche, forno elettrico e microonde, lavastoviglie, wi-fi. Il mare dista 300m con spiaggia privata.

Casa del Capitano | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

The apartment, which provides your own private entrance, has been recently renovated and furnished with care. It is located at the foot of the ancient Castle of Montemassi in a historic square in the characteristic medieval village. With only pedestrian access allowed in this square, you can be assured to have a tranquil and peaceful stay. A 5 minute walk from the apartment, the Castle of Montemass provides visitors with a cultural activity during their stay.
