You will love this bright loft with 360 degrees of exposed brick, 12 foot ceilings, and large windows! Great night life downstairs Wednesday - Saturday. If you are a lights sleeper, this is not the listing for you! Just steps from Hyperion Coffee, Thompson Co., Aubree’s pizza and so many other great spots! This loft is a brand new space set in a historic building that was originally a hotel in 1839, then barracks used for the civil war in 1862. Come be a part of this amazing history!

With CITY VIEWS enjoy easy access to all VENUES and GAMES this Historically Vintage building is more than 90 years old. My apartment is located on the 6 floor with a gated elevator which sometimes does not work so if you can not walk to the sixth floor, this might not be for you. with only a block walk to little Caesars Areana and free parking. This is a diamond in the rough. Once in my Apt it’s cozy with all the comforts of home. I encourage week stays . Enjoy the Views!!
