Peaceful retreat down gravel driveway 15 min from Mayo Clinic. Enjoy your own apartment with private backyard walkout entrance to the lower level of our home. You will have a bedroom, living area, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and toaster oven (no conventional stove/oven), bathroom w/ tub & shower, pingpong table, laundry, and patio with fire ring. You may hear piano music weekday afternoons, since I give lessons (usually 3-6 pm; a bit earlier in summer) NEW HEATED FLOORS w/thermostat

This is a spacious 1 BR apartment on the second floor Lots of light. This unit is located 1 mile from Mayo. There is free off street parking behind the house. There is a lockbox to let yourself in. There is WiFi and a smart TV in the living room and another in the loft space. Everything that you need for your stay is furnished. This is an older house so the floors are squeaky in some places.
