Cozy upstairs apartment, 1/2 mile away from the Village of East Davenport. This is a tiny spot, but perfect for a weekend stay or a work week trip. Radiant heat, and a lovely view of the neighborhood and sometimes peek of the river. Free Roku , and Disney+! (no local channels) WiFi Kitchen cook wear, utensils and complementary coffee and tea with to go cups for early mornings. LGBTQ+ friendly.🏳️‍🌈 Owner occupied with young noisy children in the rest of the house. No shared space, we share walls.

Nostalgic Mississippi River Charmer

Charming home just up the hill from the Mighty Mississippi. Easy parking right out front. Gaze across the street at the 5 acre historic Renwick Mansion property or down hill to the Mississippi river. Walking distance to both the East Village & downtown Davenport, including historic Bucktown! A bike/walking path that spans the entire QC is just down the hill. Lots of restaurants, breweries, and history nearby. Walking distance to Modern Woodman Park, catch a game & enjoy a ferris wheel ride!

Lucy’s House

I don’t charge cleaning fees as my guests have always respected the property and rules. Leave a big … mess expect a charge. The outside of the house is under construction as I’m siding the house and added a mud room. I’m 66 with new knees so the process is slow especially in winter but nothing going on outside will affect your stay. I get great reviews from my guests who all seem to find the interior relaxing and tastefully decorated with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay

Our three bedroom, two bath home, has a modern feel with farmhouse flare its cozy and bright, and provides an open concept. It boasts a large living room, and well stocked kitchen. The lower-living space is 1000+ sq ft in the lower level of our ranch house. It is very quiet and private. The front door is shared and is just 2 steps to the AirbNb entrance. We are 5 min off I-280 / I-74 near Augustana College, John Deere, Rock Island Arsenal, etc. Cozy apartment with kitchen w/dining, large private bathroom, family room w/dining area, couch/hide-a-bed and futon, large bedroom and a 2nd bedroom/workout room. Free parking in our driveway and high speed internet.
