Access is via a private door into the front of the building. From the upstairs living area, a door leads to your own private garden. There is a wooden gazebo at the top of the garden also with a table and seating for outside dining with more lovely views.

Lee, has its own cove, which is a 5 minute walk from the cottage, perfect for rock pooling or why not try the bathing beach, accessible at low tide or via the coast path. There is a pub - The Grampus Inn, a 2 minute walk from Seal cottage, with its delightful beer garden. There are numerous idyllic footpaths to explore Lee and much further!

Skirr Cottage was the home of the acclaimed writer Henry Williamson who is best known as the author of Tarka the Otter. With its pretty whitewashed exterior the cottage is set next to a trickling stream next to the historic Norman church of St. George in the heart of Georgeham village. Putsborough surfing beach is a 25 minute walk via fields or via a lane. or 5 minute drive. The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving gastro pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.
