We would like to share our 1907 original weatherboard beach house with others as it is so special. Only metres from a stunning long sandy beach, it's a short walk to some great cafes. You have your own entrance, bedroom, lounge and bathroom. Rooms have their original jarrah panelling and floorboards and have been recently restored to their original 1907 character. There is a microwave, fridge, kettle and TV in the lounge and both rooms have aircon. Double sofa bed in the lounge for extra guests.

An abundance of shops cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Both the Regis Aged Care facility and the Guildhall Wedding venue are a few short minutes away.

It's only a 2 minutes walk to the beach and a 12 minutes walk along the beach to the Cafe and Restaurant strip. There is a nice 5 km walking path along the beach with lots of playgrounds, BBQ's and picnic pavilions.

Our older style home is located in the coastal suburb of Safety Bay (Rockingham) and is furnished with comfort in mind. There is a fenced back yard with grass and gardens for adults, kids and dogs to enjoy. Penguin Island, dolphin tours and fantastic beaches, restaurants and cafe are on your doorstep!
