Come and enjoy a relaxing stay in a three room suite at Blackwater Farm. You will have a private entrance to a portion of the house built in the 16oos. The site has an entryway, living room with kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom all separate and private from the main house. Spend time exploring the 13 acres of the property which includes trails through woods, fields and along our own beaver pond. We're located just 10 minutes from WWD hospital /downtown and 20 minutes from Portsmouth /Durham.

Minutes away from downtown Newburyport and Plum Island – easily reachable by car or a bike ride. Step out into our backyard and enjoy the serene views as it borders a horse farm. For fresh, local flavors, Tendercrop Farm is a quick 5-minute stroll away, complete with animal petting areas. Besides nearby beaches there are hiking, biking trails around.

Relax in our private, romantic Cape Neddick cottage, overlooking a 2 acre meadow and woodland, close by foot, bike, to the amenities of York, Ogunquit, Kennebunk, Kittery, and Portsmouth and within a ten minute ride to five beautiful beaches. Cape Neddick Beach being the closest one, a five minute ride. Our cottage is off the beaten path on a quiet private way, near the Cape Neddick River .

Rooms include bedroom, private bathroom, and sitting room/art studio with a sofa bed. 10 minutes from University of New Hampshire, and 30 minutes from Portsmouth. Small refrigerator, coffee maker and electric kettle. Nearby hiking, pickle-ball, tennis. In winter, 1 hour to downhill ski, cross country nearby. This property is a working farm and greenhouse business, with CSA vegetable gardens. All are welcome.
