The space is small but comfortable and self-contained, complete with a Smart 4K TV that you can connect to your Netflix or Stan account. My home was built in 1952 and is within walking distance of cafes, trains, and buses. Come and relax in your own cozy haven while enjoying the convenience of being close to everything you need.

Studio apartment in the heart of Graceville

Graceville is a leafy suburb on the Brisbane River, 10kms from the CBD. There are over 20 cafes and restaurants within a 1.5km radius and many local parks and walking tracks. There is a bus stop right at the front door and it is a 1km flat walk to the Graceville train station. Off street parking is available. Guests must like dogs as I have a German Shepard who likes to interact with guests. Due to shared areas (laundry; covered deck and pool) my place is not suitable for quarantine.

My place is close to public transport and family-friendly activities, shopping centres and Pub at the top of the Road. Many Restaurants in this suburb and surrounds. You’ll love my place because of the ambience, the location, and the outdoors space. All species of birds visit and you can see kangaroos on any day. My place is good for couples or a family of four. This is a very quiet street, great for writing, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
