Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Get your workout done in the home gym followed by a dip in the hot tub. Even set aside some time to work on your golf short game in the private golf practice area in back yard. Enjoy this simple cottage surrounded by “million dollar” oak trees. Easy access to GSP airport. Minutes from west edge of Spartanburg for shopping or dining and 25 minutes easy access to popular downtown Greenville. 4 miles to River Falls public golf course. NO PETS.

Spartan Oasis

3 miles from downtown Spartanburg and tucked away in a peaceful cul-de-sac . Enjoy the best of both worlds . This house has all the amenities you need , 75 inch tv in the living room and a very comfortable couch to lounge and relax. Fully stocked kitchen to cook a great meal along with a grill and fire pit on the back patio to relax on a great South Carolina night . The master bedroom has a king bed with a 65 inch tv . The second bedroom has a full size very comfortable bed room set.

The Cavern at Chateau Ianuario

This secluded efficiency apartment is centrally located between Greenville, Greer, and Spartanburg, only 6 minutes from BMW and 10 minutes from GSP International airport. Minutes away from the Duncan YMCA and Tyger River Park. This private apartment offers parking and it’s own entry. Conveniently located and surrounded by a large wooded property, you will find everything you need for a relaxing, comfortable stay. For extended stays we have washer/dryer access for your convenience.

The whole group (up to 11) will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. A late 1800’s farmhouse (originally called “Whiffletree Farm”) with exposed authenticity and updated amenities (like tiled showers and mini-splits in each room) to please the eye, body, and imagination. Find rest in solitude or meaningful conversation as you are restored by the peace of yesteryear. (No parties with outside, unpaid guests without approval from owner. No loud music—I like my neighbors 😉)

Also, just a quick drive to downtown Greenville, Simpsonville, and Mauldin. Perfect for locals or tourists to enjoy and explore all the Upstate has to offer! (Please note- there is an in-ground swimming pool that is not included in the listing. It’s fenced and locked at all times. Signed liability waiver required).

Patriot Point A

This history themed studio apartment sleeps 5. The apartment includes a queen, pull out queen sofa bed, optional roll out twin bed, a full kitchen, one bathroom, full laundry area, with areas for relaxing, bonfire and a gas grill. The apartment offers cozy historic decor including facts about Spartanburg and Roebuck. It's charming and includes a large room with designated area for the bed and living area, a kitchen and separate bath. We are minutes from downtown Spartanburg.

70's Nostalgia

Go back to a simpler time in this totally restored 1969 Concord Traveler at Kingfish Farms. Located just a mile and a half from the quaint town of Woodruff, SC. and a little over 2 miles from I-26. Our 20 acre farm gives you plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors and get back to nature. Relax and rejuvenate in our traditional Finnish sauna and outdoor shower. Take a walk through our wooded trail and visit the goats and pigs. Enjoy the covered front porch, fire pit, and grill.

This fully renovated, king-bed guesthouse offers a peaceful, airy stay perfect for parents of college students, couples on a getaway, business travelers, and more. There is NOT a TV but there is high speed WiFi is for use on your own device! Just a few minute drive from Tryon and Landrum for dining/ shopping, and plenty to do in the area or just relax and enjoy the beautiful farm!

The Lodge at Pythian Park

Situated in a 3+ acre gated compound surrounded on three sides by Fairforest Creek, our guest house feels like a mountain hideaway yet it's only a 3 minute drive to downtown Spartanburg. Enjoy the private patio overlooking the creek to relax or prepare a meal on the gas grill. Dogs are welcome, and we have 2 very social dogs that you will probably encounter during your stay. There's ample parking for vehicles and room to roam and enjoy the park-like setting.

Platts' Place Retro Retreat

The guest suite is located on the first floor of a two-story subdivision home. The suite is separated from the rest of the home by a locked door (both sides are locked.) The private guest entrance is at the back of the home. People live here though, so plan on a little noise transfer from the street and home. Parking is on site. The space is pet free, but guests are welcome to visit our pets if they need to cuddle some fur babies.
