My place is close to the beach, Mansions,restaurants and dining, nightlife, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the comfy beds, the kitchen, the coziness, and the high ceilings.(been on third floor) My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), 2 parking spaces available(in the back of the building) washer /drier; the home is on third floor via outside/inside stairs and may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Open floor plan on the main level, new heat and air con throughout the house, three bedrooms and family bathroom on the second floor. Art supplies, toys and children's books all ready for you as well as a pack n play and booster seat. Backyard oasis with pergola, walking distance to drawbridge.
