Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located guesthouse. 10 minutes from Downtown Bentonville, with easy access to Hwy 49, Sam’s Club, NWACC and all that NWA has to offer! This one bedroom includes a queen bed, with pack-n-play, a queen futon bed and small futon in the living room which allows 4 adults and 1 child to sleep comfortably. The partial kitchen has an electric burner, microwave, coffee pot, and a small combination oven/air fryer/toaster. Check us out! We think you’ll love it!

Coler Cottage

Newly remodeled guest house less than 1/4 mile from Coler’s back entrance. Also 1/2 mile from grocery store, bike shop and trail connection to Slaughter Pen and Bella Vista trails. Murphy bed in living room provides a second queen bed. Utility room provides bike hangers, a bike stand and a full size washer/dryer. Wash stand for bikes located right outside utility room. Country feel in the middle of everything. Watch the deer every evening from your private courtyard or the shared courtyard.

Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

Original hay barn for the historic home, circa 1894. It has been converted into an apartment with kitchen, bathroom, queen bed (located upstairs) and sitting area. It is 500 sq. feet. Covered parking. 6 miles to AMP, close Beaver Lake, Lake Atalanta, bike trails, restaurants, museums, airport, & shopping. fenced yard w/ private outdoor space which includes a firepit. Enjoy all NWA has to offer while staying in a detached studio apartment located in a private seven house subdivision. Our “bee” themed rental is just 1 mile from I-49 and one 1.5. miles from the Amp. Central to Crystal Bridges, Top Golf, Walmart home offices. Bedding is: 1 queen bed, full size sofa bed, and twin mattress (stored under the queen bed). The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your enjoyment. Trail-bike storage can be arranged in advance. Come and “BEE” our guest.

Coler Cottage

Enjoy this studio/guest house located just two blocks from Coler Mountain biking trails. Bring your bikes, and don’t worry about driving. Guest house is two blocks from Coler and can ride to Slaughter Pen as well as downtown Bentonville trails/restaurants bars. Studio guest house has one queen bed, a futon sofa, air mattress, kitchen with full size fridge, microwave and bath/shower. While guest house has a pool view, pool is not available for use by guests.

The Studio on Central

The studio on Central is a five minute walk to the Bentonville Square on stately tree lined Central Ave. Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art is about a 15 minute walk. Weekends always bring activities to the Square with Farmer's Market in the spring, summer and fall along with many events. We're also close to the Ozark Greenway Trail system which runs from Bentonville/Bella Vista to Fayetteville. Bicycles and walking are the best way of getting around.
