The Terrace guesthouse occupies the lower level of the Loft home. The Terrace is entirely private with separate entry, covered sunroom with hot tub, huge back patio, BBQ grill, hammock, fire pit, and an outdoor lounge and dining area. Note there may be guests occupying the upper Loft home during your stay. Located just 20 minutes from downtown Eureka Springs and in a quiet cove steps from Beaver Lake, this location offers the best access while remaining secluded. No children or fires.

A welcoming lakefront suite in Bella Vista located on beautiful Lake Windsor. Your suite offers a serene view, a private entrance in a quiet neighborhood. In the early hours you can spot wildlife including deer, mink, ducks, fox, and geese. A large deck overlooks the lake for your morning coffee or your evening snack. Relax in a magnificent residence affectionately called, "The Stone Castle." You have 2,000 sq. ft. of living space all to yourself. There's a walkout deck leading to the stairs going down to the firepit. The Suite is within the residence, but completely separate. It's a one-family or one-group-at-a-time space with 7 rooms to enjoy, plus an enclosed porch. Drink your morning coffee in one of the 3 sitting areas or on the deck outside (you may see deer feeding in the forest below).

Welcome to "The Den" at Tiger Trails. Your FUN begins right outside the door! We are located across the street from Leopards Loop, and an easy ride or walk to downtown Bentonville. Guests have 2 parking spots, and a private entrance to their suite. Features include: 1 KING BED, full kitchen, washer and dryer, living area with 2 twin beds, private deck with grill. Remodeled in February 2023. Large private deck and entrance. It is in a 1906 Victorian home on the Razorback Greenway, just a block away from the beautiful downtown Bentonville square, quaint shops, fine restaurants, coffee shops, 21C Art Hotel, art galleries, movie theater, concert venues, pubs, splash park, and a grocery store. Crystal Bridges is a one mile walk or bike ride away on a trail which runs thirty-six miles from Bella Vista to Fayetteville.
