This new, very private apartment attached to our home is in a quiet and picturesque environment minutes away from Dock Square. It's great for couples, solo adventurers and families with one child. If you are seeking to spend the day at one of the beautiful Kennebunk beaches they are just minutes away. Located directly on the water, on an estuary called Spinney Creek, part of the Piscataqua River. It is 1.5 miles to downtown Portsmouth, NH and less then 1 mile to the beautiful rejuvenated downtown Kittery.

Our home is tucked away off of Washington Street and feels secluded though we are walking distance to downtown Dover. Our home was built as a warehouse 100 years ago and was converted to a residence in 2009. The apartment has a separate entrance from the rest of the house and has a private deck. The space is light and airy, both rustic and contemporary, with old floors and exposed rafters. We are a short walk to restaurants and bars, and the train to Boston or Portland, Maine.

Our Goose Point Getaway is a one bedroom apartment located in the lower level of our home. Completely private with its own entrance and no shared space with the owners. You can see a peek of Spruce Creek (a tidal inlet) from the bedroom window and deck. The space has been designed to offer a relaxed, comfortable get away experience. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood which loops around Spruce Creek.
