Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

The house sits in a protected oasis surrounded by a beautiful private park with olive trees, a pond, pine trees and woods, where you can walk, relax and enjoy the pleasures of unspoilt nature. L'appartamento è collocato in un piccolo condominio immerso nelle colline del Chianti. Si trova a 10 minuti di macchina dal paese di San Casciano Val di Pesa e Scandicci (da cui parte comodamente la tranvia per arrivare nel centro di Firenze). L'appartamento è per 4 ospiti e dispone di due camere da letto: una con un letto matrimoniale e una con due letti singoli. Sono presenti due bagni (di cui uno di servizio), un ampio salotto con divano, cucina accessoriata e terrazzino.

The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.
