Comfortable and welcoming, all with private facilities and are located on the ground floor and the second floor.
The structure is composed of several rooms, including double and single rooms (with extra bed).
The B & B has two entrances, one from Via Aurelia (near the Vatican Walls), the other from Via Innocent XIII.
All rooms are equipped with hairdryer, air conditioning and heating and tv. All rooms are equipped with private bathroom with shower, plasma TV wall, hairdryer and air conditioning and heating. One of these rooms has a balcony.

It is possible to make use of your own pc by a wireless connection.

Mi piace diffondere allegria e cordialità negli anni ho fatto della mia ospitalità la mia missione. conoscere nuove persone, confrontarsi e far sentire i propri ospiti a casa loro questo è quello che faccio. credo nei rapporti umani ed effettivamente ho conosciuto molte persone e soprattutto molte belle persone, che danno un senso al mio lavoro. amo la musica ma soprattutto il mare. Roma è la città più bella del mondo ma non lo sarebbe così tanto se non avesse il mare a due passi! ho una bellissima famiglia e alcuni amici con i quali valga la pena spendere il proprio tempo libero e fare belle esperienze. Vi aspetto...
