It has a separate kitchen with a small dining table and a separate bathroom/laundry.
We have a small fitness business which only operates 18 hours per week.
The bathroom is NOT shared from Friday 10am, Saturday and Sunday. Occasionally some of our clients may use the bathroom.
It has a TV, Pedestal fan, small electric heater, cooktop, microwave, fridge, electric jug, electric frypan, toaster, saucepans, crockery and cutlery.
The local shops include a general store/newsagency, post office, bakery, takeaway food, hairdresser, beautician, physiotherapist and cafes. Just a short walk from our place.
