The entire unit is all yours! We use keyless entry with passcode, so no need of carrying a key. Our guests are welcome to check in anytime after 4pm. No need to let us know what time you’re coming in.
Free street parking is available right in front of our apartment. It's usually wide open! Super easy access to the apartment. If a private parking spot is needed, please contact us to be arranged.

* IMPORTANT: We don't allow any type of parties / gatherings / events. The host lives onsite in a different unit, so we'd know right away. If you violate the rule, your reservation will be immediately canceled.
* For liability reasons, guests may NOT bring any visitors or any others to our home at any time, for any length of time. Only registered guests may enter the premises.
* This apartment is centrally located on a main street, some street noise is unavoidable. If you are expecting country quiet at night, this may not be a fit for you.
* There is an outdoor security camera monitoring the street entrance to the house for everyone's safety.
