En plein centre-ville, notre petit duplex lumineux a été aménagé pour vous assurer le confort nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. Pouvant accueillir 2 personnes, il convient pour un séjour professionnel ou touristique.
In the city center, our charming duplex was built to ensure the necessary comfort for a pleasant, whether business or leisure, stay.

Un petit cocon simple, propre et confortable...
Situé juste à côté de la villa où nous habitons, le duplex est indépendant de la maison principale, dans le jardin. Il est composé d’un rez-de-chaussée incluant un petit séjour et une salle de douche, avec eau chaude, serviettes, et les produits de base. Au premier étage se trouve la chambre à coucher avec un lit douillet et moustiquaire, et un coin bureau.
Nous avons un petit jardin de ville. La cuisine se trouve dans notre maison, et non dans le duplex.
Simple, clean, comfortable...
Located right next to the house where we live, the duplex is independent from the main house. It consists of a ground floor including a small living room and a shower with hot water, towels, and commodities. On the first floor is the bedroom with a comfortable bed with a mosquito net, and a corner office.
We have a small town garden. The kitchen is located in our house, and not in the duplex.

Vous aurez accès au duplex, au rez-de-chaussée de notre villa (cuisine équipée, salon, salle à manger), ainsi qu’au jardin ... et bien sûr aux transats :-)
You will have access to the duplex, to the entire ground floor of our house (fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room), to the garden... and the deck chairs :-)

Le petit-déjeuner est inclus dans le tarif et vous sera servi à l’heure qui vous convient, à me communiquer la veille.
Nous avons le wifi, et vous communiquerons le mot de passe à votre arrivée. Il faut noter que quelques coupures de courant dans la journée peuvent perturber l’accès à Internet dans le quartier.
Le ménage est inclus dans le tarif.
Nous disposons d’une machine à laver, d’un séchoir extérieur, et d'une table de repassage.
Breakfast is included in the price and will be served at a time that suits you - just tell me the day before.
We have wifi, and will communicate the password at your arrival. Note that some power outages can disrupt Internet access in the neighborhood.
The daily cleaning is included in the price.

Nous habitons la maison principale avec nos enfants. Je travaille les jours de la semaine, mais reste joignable à tout moment. Néanmoins, une personne de confiance est présente en permanence en journée, et un gardien veille la nuit. Je vous conseillerai avec plaisir durant tout votre séjour.
A l'aéroport, des taxis agréés pourront vous emmener directement chez nous. Je vous enverrai un plan pour faciliter le trajet. Comptez 40 minutes de trajet entre l' aéroport et le centre-ville minimum.
We live in the main house with our kids. I work every day of the week, but will be reachable at any times. However, a trusted person is continuously at home during the day and a guard watches over the house at night. I will advise you with pleasure during your stay.
At the airport, many taxis can bring you downtown. The airport-downtown journey takes 40 minutes minimum.
