A nice and big five room apartment located in a historic building. The apartment is completely renew, has a fully equipped kitchnet, two large bathroom including towels and linen, two bedrooms with comfortable doublebeds (1.40x2.00), a large living room with LED TV where you can relax and take a nice break of your day, a dinning room for six and a balcony. The sofa in the living room transforms in a very good sofa-bed (1.40x2.00) for 2 people. Six people have enought space to enjoy a pleasant stay in the apartment.
The apartment is very quite, no noise from the street or from the neighborhood is heard there. There is an extra bed for babys.
HEATING: Available after payment a fee of 12.5 €/day.
SOFA-BED: If requested for stays less then 5 people there is an extra cost of 20€ per stay and it has to be requested in advance.

What is the tourist tax for? To consolidate Porto as an attractive and sustainable city.
Who is required to pay the tourist tax? Anyone older than 13 years, staying a night in Porto, pays the tax per night, per person for a maximum of seven straight nights per person and per stay.
Who is exempt from paying the tourist tax? a) People travelling for medical treatment, and continue therapy in medical facilities. Family members and/or companions are exempt also. Documentary evidence of medical and care service has to be provided (or equivalent document). b) People who are disabled to a degree of 60%. Supporting documents must be presented.
Tourist Tax rates? 2€ per overnight stay and per person, up to a maximum total value of 14€ (Seven straight nights per overnight stay/person).
How to pay the tourist tax? The tourist tax is paid as a single amount in the final bill.
Where? Tourist tax payment is due to the management of the hotel, holiday homes, guesthouses, hostels and tourist resorts, for overnight stay.
