Atico13 is an unique apartment in the center of Sóller, just steps away from the main square. The spacious terrace offers stunning views over the mountains and the village. The compact apartment offers all the comfort for a perfect stay. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance and in front of the main door you will find the tram to Port de Sóller and train to Palma. The apartment is well equipped for two people but can be rented for up to 4 people. Enjoy the plunge pool on the terrace.

The living and dining area has patio doors to the large terrace (approx 90m2). The master bedroom is next to the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, the kitchen is equipped with various appliances (including oven, dishwasher and fridge). The 2nd bedroom is compact and equipped with a double bed of 160x200.
The fantastic sunny terrace with pergola has a large outdoor dining table with chairs and two sunbeds, a separate storage room on the terrace washer/dryer and second fridge, including freezer.
The side terrace has a small plunge pool and an outdoor fireplace.
The apartment is located on the 5th floor and is accessible via an elevator (up to the 4th floor) and final stairs to the apartment.

Atico13 is right in the center of Sóller, on the main square you will find a large number of restaurants and terraces and easy access to Calle de Luna (shopping street). In front of the main entrance you will find the taxi stand and there you can also take the antique tram to Port de Sóller and the train to Palma (partly through the mountains).
