This nice two rooms apartment is located in Motrone, between the small village of Tonfano and Lido di Camaiore. Surrounded by tall trees, it is at only 50 meters from the beach. Recently refurbished, it is perfect to enjoy your vacation on the beautiful beaches of Versilia. It hosts up to 4, ideal for families or couples. It is fully equipped and guests have access to the common pool and garden, private parking spot and concierge.

This nice apartment is on the second floor of a small residence close to the beautiful beach of Versilia. It consists of an entrance, a living area with a queen sofa bed, wardrobe and fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom, a bathroom with shower. From the living area and the bedroom you have access to the balcony, where you can have breakfast in the morning or sit at the sunset, sipping a glass of wine.
The terrace is equipped with sun screens, while the large windows, which do not have blinds or shutters are equipped with blackout curtains.
You will find the complete equipment of the kitchen and tableware, including a pressure cooker and coffee maker, one set of linens for each of the two beds, towels for the bathroom.

You will have access to the full apartment, to the common areas of the residence, which offer interior spaces with chairs and tables, to the pool, open from the beginning of June till the end of September, to the garden. The apartment has it's own private parking spot, within the fenced parking lot.

The apartment is only 1 km away form the lively Tonfano, where you can find shops, market, restaurants, the bike rental, pharmacy and everything you may need. You can easily and safely go around by bike. There are several resort along the beach but also a large beach with free access. The sail club where you can rent a boat or a cat is at just at 400m distance.

I do not live on site, but for most of the time I'm just at one hour's drive and I'm always reachable by phone, available for any question. The check-in and check-out will be cared for by a person we trust.
