New kitchen with Induction burner unit on island, insta pot and sous vede appliances await your gourmet creativity. We have one king size bed and two queen size beds. You have full use of all appliances and dishes. This is a two story house with all bedrooms on the second floor.

There is no smoking in the house.
A deposit is required and will vary depending on the length of the stay.
Fuel Oil is not included. Owner will fill the tank a day or two before occupancy. User will fill the tank a day or two before departure.
All other utilities are included.
Cleaning. The house will be cleaned just prior to your arrival. We will have the house cleaned every two weeks for your stay at a rate of $175.00 per cleaning. Cleaning fees will be deducted from your deposit.
