A beautiful flat with stunning sea views in the centre of town and a few minutes walk from the beach. The flat sleeps 4 and dogs are welcome (please confirm when booking). There are inexpensive car parks nearby but there isn’t parking at the flat. Lyme Regis is a historic, creative and vibrant town with great places to eat and plenty to see and do, including exploring the dramatic Jurassic Coast and going fossil hunting!

A comfortable and spacious ground floor flat with sea views from the kitchen and the living/dining room. The kitchen provides ample space and facilities for cooking and a breakfast bar which looks out to sea. The living / dining room has expansive sea views, a beautiful oak table and chairs (seating 6) and a large corner sofa bed and a 43" 4K television with Netflix. There are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a king size bed, en suite toilet and sink. The modern bathroom has a shower, bath and sink. There is a garden with sea views (exclusively for guests) which was recently landscaped and has a shed with beach toys.

The dining/ living room is up a few stairs. There is not a handrail or a door between the room and the stairs so please bear this in mind if you have young children or restricted mobility.
The bedrooms face on to the road and although they are double glazed you can hear traffic, particularly during peak times.
Access to the flats upstairs runs alongside our flat so don't be alarmed by passers-by.

I am from London and am a massage therapist and yoga teacher. My husband David is from the U.S.A. and is a video producer for arts organisations. We have two children (age 11 and 15) and a chocolate labrador cross called Lola. We enjoy cooking, cycling, films, gardening, yoga, music and travel. We live in Stoke Newington and love the restaurants, shops, pubs and parks that this friendly neighbourhood has to offer. We are also the lucky owners of a seaside flat in Lyme Regis, Dorset. We are attentive hosts and do our best to ensure that guests have a comfortable stay.
