All new and modern it features fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom and three bedrooms of which one is located on the second floor. Please notice that the room upstairs is open plan. The apartemnt is spacious and is 89 m2 large and has a sunny terrace. In addition there is a a 90 m2 large terrace with barbecue, hot tub and shower. Terrace is private.

Due to Covid19 for your safety during the Summer of 2020 the terrace will not be shared but will be used exclusively by your apartment.

The house is located in the heart of Mokošica. Everything is within a minute reach like two markets, bakery, butcher, newsstand, bus station. Also, two restaurants are nearby. One on the main street called Rosa Bianca with variety of Mediterranean food only 500 meters away and the other called Vapor on the seafront for your morning coffee or simple dinner.
Bar called Zeppelin is minute from the house.
This is a child friendly neighborhood. Playground is on the seafront. Locals go swimming there. There are two really small beaches, most of the coastline here is rocks and concrete.
