You will have access to 1900 sq. ft. of living space, which includes 3 bedroom and 2 baths. With a very comfortable and cozy feel, we hope to make our house your home away from home.
-Bedroom #1 - Queen Bed with a full private bathroom with stand shower, jet tub, and double vanity.
Bedroom #2 - Queen Bed with private closet
Bedroom #3 - 3 twin beds (One bunk bed and One day bed).

All areas of the home are avaible for the guest. However for storage purposes, the garage will NOT be availble for use. Guest will have adequate parking spaces around the house.

Rules and Guidelines:
• NO pets of any kind.
• NO excessive or overnight guests other than those stated in the reservation.
• NO smoking inside the house. Outside only.
• Please make sure to close all doors, windows, and blinds before leaving the home. Do not share door keys or codes with anyone outside your group.
• We ask that you keep loud noises to a minimum in the late evening and by mindful of neighbors during the duration of your stay.
• Parties or events of any kind (bachelor, bachelorette, weddings, anniversaries, etc.) are not permitted.
• Please be respectful of this space and please make sure to put things back in their rightful locations. Please wash any pots/pans/dishes that you use. Please note that we will assess an extra $300 cleaning fee should you leave the house in a condition above and beyond what is considered an acceptable level of disarray (i.e. staining/damaging furniture, leaving food, beverages and their respective containers out without cleaning, and generally treating our home with disrespect).
