This is the downstairs part of our home. Own entrance up some stairs. With big windows and a warm northerly aspect views of the the Derwent River. Two generous bedrooms, a bathroom and a seperate toilet are accessed from the large lounge/kitchen area.
This is a warm light and airy place with great views and good facilities. We are a few minutes walk from the Sandy Bay bus stop, shops and beach. Short drive into the city. We love living here and are sure you will like it too.

The Laundry is available at the back of our home, key provided, there are stairs to the Laundry, so not easy for those who have mobility problems. A Freezer is available under the house near the washing line, if it is required
