The Egoist apartment creates a feeling of peace, confident strength and nobility. This is one of 7 apartments in our boutique villa Incantico.
In the decoration of apartment we have used antiques: lamps on massive chains, antique curtains and a large wooden carved chair with leather armrests and a seat, in the style of the early German baroque, represents a kind of ironic "throne".
This habitat with independent entrance has a proper kitchen with dishwasher, terrace and a small garden.

The independent apartment (40 sq.m.) which has kitchen area fully equipped with kitchen utensils, and sleeping area with king size bed or two separate single beds and living area with sofa. Also apartment features it's own private terrace and a small garden with one fruit tree and lawn.
Free Wi-Fi with high-speed internet connection (up to 30 mega), split control, fridge, electric stove and oven, dishwasher.
Bed linen, towels, bath accessories.
Each of our apartments is made in its own unique style and has its own soul. In all the apartments are present pictures of famous stage designers of the late twentieth century.

During the harvest season, guests can freely taste the fruits directly from the trees.

Each of our apartments is made in its own unique style and has its own soul. In all the apartments are present pictures of famous stage designers of the late twentieth century.
Perfect silence, changing landscapes, idyllic farming of distant and rare neighbors (lambs and olives, fields on the hills behind the ravine).
On the territory you can meet different animal species: deer, foxes, wild boars, porcupines, hares and squirrels. Many species of birds. A large lavender garden with old pomegranate trees.
Comfortable modern environment away from the bustle of the city. Silence, beauty and inspiration.
We are using electricity produced by our own renewable power sources.
We are nature friendly place and we take care of trees without use of chemical treatment, so all the fruits you can taste in our gardens are completely biological.

Location: 12 km from Assisi, a stunningly beautiful Italian medieval town and at a 30 km distance from Perugia, the main town in Umbria and the center of cultural and university life, as well as the center of the Etruscan heritage.
There are also Spello, Spoletto - with over than 3000 years of it's own history.
Magnificent Italian cities Florence and Siena are just from 2 to 3 hours by car away from the place.

Меня зовут Леонид Кроль. Я профессор психологии. Около 10 лет назад я стал владельцем первых восьми гектаров красоты и дома, куда хотелось приглашать гостей. Я назвал это место Incantico, что можно перевести как «около волшебства». Камин, виды, как пишут в романах, «захватывающие дух», прогулки, оживляющие самых ленивых и непонятное, но отчетливое чувство счастья, гнездившееся здесь (позже мы дополнили его парком птиц — 80 гнезд и места для еды и питья). Дальше — больше. Было построено еще два небольших дома, по самой современной, немецкой технологии, сверх-экологичных. А затем пришли еще 10 гектаров от соседей и с ними исторический дом, где возникли еще 8 апартаментов — каждый в своем стиле. Возникли наши «дромы» (мы придумали это слово сами) - уникальные арт-объекты, места силы и особого настроения. Тут хорошо парами, в одиночестве, но особенно - группами. Мне хотелось сделать идеальное место для групп. Сделать так, чтобы пространство играло с ними, создавало уют, шутило и вело, принимало и озадачивало. Поэтому мы построили зеленые кабинеты, мостики над оврагом, рощи, ветвящиеся тропинки. У нас можно купаться в водопаде, лежать в природной ванне, идти босиком по специальным камням в ручье, качаться в гамаках, лежать на траве, прятаться в эротических гротах.
