Due to COVID-19 there are lockdowns in place across the UK and travel is not permitted other than in limited circumstances until at least April. Failure to follow the law is a criminal offence.
The Annex is a self-contained, one bedroom flat with separate lounge, kitchen/dining area, bedroom and bathroom. It has it's own entrance and parking space and is tastefully decorated with a homely feel.
Situated in Tetsworth (J6 M40) at the foot of the Chiltern Hills, 25 mins drive from Oxford Central and 20 mins from Headington hospitals. The market town of Thame is 10 mins drive with a wide choice of shops, pubs and restaurants.
Fully-equipped kitchen, tea/coffee/milk provided.

We are 2 mins walk from Attington Stud and often host guests attending equine courses and training.
Our guests love the self-contained facilities and homely feel, especially little touches such as candles, shower gel and even pillow spray!

You will have your own entrance and parking space. The lounge has french doors that open onto the garden of the main house, which you will be welcome to use.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer shelf. Basic items available such as washing-up liquid, cleaning products, foil, cling film, salt and pepper etc. We will always ensure there are some tea bags, coffee and a pint of milk for your arrival.
Please note, the bathroom has a bath but not a shower (there is a handheld shower attachment for rinsing hair etc).

Tetsworth is a small village at the foot of the Chiltern Hills, just 5 mins from J6 of the M40. It has a village green, church, pub and the famous Swan antiques centre and restaurant. Basic items and newspapers etc. available from the petrol station just a couple of minutes drive away and the picturesque market town of Thame just 10mins drive away. We are 2 mins walk from Attington Stud.

We are in the house attached, so generally available for any help, with a knock at the adjoining door, or of course by text/phone.
Where possible, we will check you in personally but offer a key safe system for self-check in just in case we are out.
