Open plan kitchen/dining area/lounge and a balcony. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, hob, oven and fridge freezer. There is a dining table and chairs that can also be used as a workstation. There is a large sofa and armchair and a TV in the lounge. There are 2 generous sized bedrooms each containing a king-size bed. The 1st bedroom has an ensuite with shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet. The main bathroom located in the hallway has a bathtub with shower over the bath, washbasin and toilet. The hallway, kitchen and lounge have wood flooring and there is carpet in the bedrooms for comfort. There is under floor heating throughout. You will find the ironing board, iron and a hairdryer located in the cupboard in the hallway. We provide a towel for each guest. There is a handbook in the apartment with details on how to work the appliances and heating.
The flat is located in a private development with 24-hour concierge. The gym access is available 24 hours a day
