Entrance hall is spacious and offers plenty of storage place. The biggest open area consists of living room and kitchen area. In the living room there is big and comfy sofa as well as TV set with FREE NETFLIX. Kitchen is new, modern and has all amenities you might need. It provides also spacious dining table. There is also a washing machine in the kitchen for your use. There are two private bedroom in our apartment. In both of them there is one double bed and one portable sofabed for two people. In the bathroom you will find bathtub. Toilet is situated separately from bathroom. Few steps from the apartment you´ll find private garden and terrace where you can relax and enjoy your time.

You will have the apartment only for yourself, so you have your absolute privacy.

INTERNET is for free with 50Mb download and 2Mb upload speed. You will have NETFLIX with international channels. For your safety, there is first aid kit and fire extinguisher. We like children, so if you need baby cot, dining chair or toys, it will be there for you.
Check-in time is flexible, but please be aware, that if at your check-in day, there is check-out of previous guests, we need time to clean and prepare the apartment for you. Therefore you can check-in anytime after 2pm. Check-out time is till 11am. FREE PARKING spots are situated right next to the building.
ARRIVAL FORM FOR YOUR COMFORTABLE STAY
Dear guests, after you reserve your stay at our apartment, we will send you via email, before arrival, online arrival form, to make your arrival into apartment and your stay much more comfortable.
Our main goal is to give you the best experience of your stay without any organizational problems. Please provide us clear information of your personal data and estimate arrival time.
Please answer all information in the online arrival form required by law about you and your group because every host, hotel or accommodation in Czech Republic is obligated to collect these data for government. Thank you so much for helping us to be an honest host.
This data will only be used for the purpose of implementing your rights and will be stored for the necessary time for proving that we have fulfilled our obligations (i.e. for the period that the Office for Personal Data Protection can investigate the fullfilment of the given obligation). The information on the fullfilment of these rights will be stored in the Siesta Extranet system operated by Siesta Solution s.r.o., Company ID No. (IČO): 05203503.
In case of loss of the keys from the apartment or smoking inside the apartment, we are entitled to the payment of 100 euro for the incurred complications.
We are pet friendly but we charge small fee - 10 euro per pet per stay :)

Our apartment is situated in quiet and safe area, outside the city center, yet connected with city center by direct metro. Metro stop is just 4 minutes walking from the flat and will take you to heart of the city center in 12 minutes. In the neighborhood you can find several local restaurants and bars. The nearest one is just 2 minutes walking. Smaller grocery store is 4 minutes by foot, bigger supermarket is 7 minutes walking.

Hello! I'm Michal. I'm living in Prague for 14 years, because I had fallen in love with this city. I like the smile, sun, traveling, sea, nature, sport, prawns, strawberries, stracciatella ice cream, cold melon and scrambled eggs in the morning. I hate lies and pea puree.
