We would "whale-y" love to host you in this completely charming home in central Lincoln. A keyless entry makes check-in a breeze!
You'll have 2 bedrooms - 1 bathroom, kitchen and living room. The whole home is yours!

Bedrooms:
We want you to have a comfortable stay! You will find 2 bedrooms in the home. Both have a king-sized bed. The first bedroom has dresser drawers in case you are staying long enough to unpack and the second bedroom has a desk. You’re toughest choice is, “which room do I sleep in!”
Kitchen/Living Area:
When you are here, you will have access to the kitchen which includes a refrigerator (with ice and water) stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee bar and other assorted drinks and small snacks. There will also be a small assortment of breakfast items.
There is one 49" TV (no cable) in the home with access to Netflix (just use the Air BnB profile) and Disney+ for you to use in our living room.
We also have 2 twin sized beds available that you can have in the living room area. Be sure to let us know if your would like us to make those available to you.
Bathroom and Laundry:
There will be soaps, shampoos and other various toiletries in the bathroom should you need them. You will also have access to the washer/dryer. Feel free to do a load if you need to.
Outdoors:
If you'd like to get out of the house for a while, you are more than welcome to make yourself at home in the large fenced backyard that is shared with the Lazy Llama house (also on AirBnB) next door.

Our goal is to provide the easiest check-in possible! The home has a passcode for the front door. This way you can access your home without worrying that you might disturb us meeting up with a key.
We want you to make yourself at home!!
You can park in the driveway - the driveway allows for 3 cars but they will need to be parked in a row which makes it a tad difficult for the 1st and 2nd cars parked in the driveway to leave. There is no street parking available on 56th St. as it is a busier street but you can park additional cars around the corner.

Check-Out:
Check out time is 11:00 am. Late checkout may be possible depending on if the home is booked for later that day or not. So just check with us if you are hoping for a late check out. Since there is no key to return, just message us on Air BnB or text our cell to let us know that you have left and the home is ready to be cleaned.

The home is located in central Lincoln, which makes it 15 minutes or less away from almost anywhere in Lincoln. Only 10 minutes drive to our downtown Haymarket, 5 minutes drive to Gateway Mall, super close to various restaurants, shopping, etc. There is also a bike path only a little over a block away which will take you to Bethany Park at 66th and Vine.
Although the home is located on a busier street:
- There is a turn lane which makes it easier to get in and out of the driveway.
- The home has recently had new windows installed which blocks most outdoor noises.
- We provide a small fan and a sound machine in each bedroom to help you sleep completely undisturbed.

We enjoy hospitality and welcoming people into our homes! We are an easy-going family who lives in land-locked Nebraska but ironically really love the beach. At least we have a hammock in our backyard! Together we enjoy purchasing distressed homes and making them beautiful. Fixer Upper is our jam and if we could have dinner with anyone famous, it would hands down be Chip and Joanna Gaines! We love coffee, long weekends and finding joy in the little things in life.

You'll have the whole place to yourself, so we are not on site. However, we live only 5 minutes away and are available when needed. We want you to be as comfortable as possible during your stay at "The Little Blue House!"
