One bedroom cabin with AMAZING VIEWS. We have 2 one-bedroom cabins on our property, both with spectacular panoramic views. Each cabin has the exact same facilities. (If you'd like a smaller, more intimate - cheaper- cabin, please see our other listing - Studio Cabin).

Our cabins are fully self-contained and air conditioned with queen size bed, kitchen, ensuite bathroom and private parking space. FREE wifi access included. All linen included.
As the sun goes down you can sit on the veranda and watch the alpcas, sheep and cows graze while you cook a meal on your BBQ and witness the beautiful sunsets across the countryside. In the morning, wake to bird-song and stunning sunrises, brew a coffee using the Expressi Coffee Pod Machine in your cabin, what a perfect way to start the day!
Escape the hustle and bustle of the city life and enjoy the peaceful surroundings that Promhills Cabins in Yanakie has to offer.
Promhills Cabins, set on 5 acres is private and peaceful, close to pristine beaches and a range of activities and attractions.
Yanakie is centrally located, only 5 minutes to Wilsons Promontory entrance gate and 35km from Tidal River in Wilsons Prom. 15-20 minutes drive to Foster, Fish Creek, Sandy Point and Waratah Bay and a pleasant day trip to Phillip Island or Tarra Bulga National Park.
NB: This accommodation is adults only, children/babies are not permitted. If you arrive with a child, your booking will be cancelled

IMPORTANT INFO: There is a self check in system, after booking, you will need to provide photo ID of ALL people who will be staying in order to receive check in instructions and access codes. We have a “no ID, no key policy” (we have always required photo ID), however, it is now required upon booking, rather than on arrival due to our new contactless arrival procedures. Your booking will be cancelled if you do not provide ID after multiple requests.
PLEASE NOTE: accommodation is self contained and not serviced during your stay, unless you are staying for more than 7 nights. In between guests, we employ a professional cleaner to clean, sanitise and reset the accommodation.
All linen is provided. (Sheets, pillows and cases, towels, hand towels, doonas, doona covers, tea towel etc are included). Our bed sheets, pillow cases and towels are professionally cleaned by a third party industrial laundry who operates to AS4146 standards, which includes thermal disinfection and bacterial testing.
Free WIFI is available. The password changes regularly, the access codes will be in your accommodation on arrival.
We are a legally compliant accommodation operator, registered as prescribed accommodation with our local authority. We undergo health inspections and comply with local laws and regulations imposed on professional accommodation businesses, we have the appropriate business and public liability insurance and pay Australian GST and taxes. We are accredited under the Australian Tourism Accreditation Program (ATAP) and Hosted Accommodation Australia (HAA) and are members of Destination Gippsland and Prom Country Regional Tourism.

All of the cabins have amazing 180 degree panoramic views. They all look over farmland to the hills of Wilsons Promontory. The view constantly changes every day as the light and clouds move over the mountains.
We are located just a few minutes walk from the Yanakie General Store which sells fuel, basic grocery items, alcohol, daily newspapers, (real) coffee, fishing licenses. They do bacon & egg muffins for breakfast every day and takeaway fish and chips (fresh locally caught fish) every Thursday night, some long weekends and during peak summer season. Also a short walk to the Wilsons Prom Pizza Café for full cooked breakfast, and pizza.

We live on the property. We leave guests to their privacy, however, we are available if you need us or have any questions and will gladly advise what to see, where to go, where to dine and give directions to 'secret' spots generally not advertised in the tourist brochures. There are a total of 3 guest cabins and 2 glamping tents on our 5 acre property, which is also home to our pet alpacas and sheep. We look forward to welcoming you soon and sharing this amazing part of Australia with you.
