The apartment is set over two floors. Spacious rooms all with lovely views of Rothesay and over the Clyde to the Scottish mainland. Located in a quite road on the edge of town but still within ten mins walking of Rothesay centre. Commanding views over Bute and the mainland. Pleasant, spacious comfortable flat. Perfect for exploring Argyll and the highlands. Bute is a beautiful island , with several lovely beaches, a stunningly wild island , perfect to explore on foot, by car , bicycle or bus.

The apartment is in a very quiet area overlooking Rothesay. Situated on a hill it commands stunning views 5 min walk down a steep hill into the town centre. Rothesay is a lovely seaside town. It has all the usual town commodities including a historic castle and a bus service round the whole island, which includes Ettrick Bay beach. There is room for bicycles to be stored should you wish to bring a couple.
