Welcome to our cozy cottage! We are taking all precautions to disinfect the cottage for your safety and ours. Please if there is a chance you could be infected by the Coronavirus do not book. Thank you.
The cottage is located next to our residence which is at the end of a long cul-de-sac in an established neighborhood. Restaurants and shopping are nearby. Feell free to book instantly. We look forward to your stay!!

The cottage is stocked with many amenities, has full kitchen, full bathroom, queen bed, futon (which will be replaced with a small sectional couch soon), and 2 twin and 1 queen blow up mattress and a pack and play for a baby or small child if needed. The 40" flat screen TV has Roku with free access to Xfinity, Netflix, UTube, etc. Xfinity Wifi is available as well. Off street parking is provided. The air and heat keep the cottage quite comfortable. Please let me know if you are bringing a small child so I can cover put in outlet covers.. A pack and play is available. NO PETS sorry no exceptions.

The key is located in the door upon your arrival. If you are arriving late let us know, we'll leave the porch light on. You are welcome to park in the long driveway in front of the cottage.

Leave the A/C or heat on when you are gone from the cottage. It cools and/or heats quick.
Please do not color your hair in te cottage.

The cottage is tucked back on the end of a cul-de-sac. All houses are on a quarter acre so the cottage is on the other side of the driveway from the main house. You will probably see horses on a few properties on the way here. Citrus Heights became a city in 1997 so no sidewalks and large properties are common.
