I’m very sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay with us. We always want our guests to be comfortable and have a positive experience in our home. That being said, you were bitter about our cancellation policy before you even arrived and this review is full of bold face lies. Our cancellation policy never changed and I was friendly and informative when I explained that to you. I also turned the air conditioner on for you when you expressed that you were too warm on your first night, and it remained on for the entirety of your stay. I even messaged you the following day to make sure you were comfortable and you responded that you were. Also, our listing is very transparent that the apartment is garden level and we live upstairs. I have never had a guest complain about our noise level. In fact you are the first person to complain about anything and leave us less than 5 stars. As far as the dog goes, I was dog sitting for a friend (there were 2 dogs while you were staying with, us my dog is very old and very quiet so perhaps you didn’t notice her). I apologized about the evening my friends dog was making noise, and as soon as you text me, we came home. Life happens and sometimes things are out of our control. I tried my best to resolve the situation with the dog, but it seems that you are a difficult woman to please. Airbnb rentals are typically in peoples homes. If you need more flexible policies, and control over every detail, hotels would be a better choice for your future travels.
