The village Perivolia is located in a beautiful small mountain valley, very green and with a pleasant fresh climate even in midsummer. You can even hear a small river rippling through the village and in the romantic nights the calm song of the owls.

In the first yard in front of the kitchen there is a small extra room for the washing machine. The second yard in front of one of the bedrooms is like a protected terracce perfect for a calm breakfast or lunch. On the roof of the house there is a large roof garden with incredible panoramic view, a small pool and a big BBQ. There are also bicycles at your disposal.

From the roof garden you can observe many wild birds such as eagles, hawks, falcons and much more. There a stunning trails round of the village for easy hikes in wild nature.

Perivolia is a very quiet, authentic Cretan village with a long history (you can even find a folk museum here). People are very friendly and living a calm, basic life without many distractions.
The next villages (Elos and Kefali) with good taverns are only 5 minutes by car away though. The dream beach of Elafonissi is a 15 minutes ride and the Southern coast around Palaiochora is reachable in 40 minutes.
