* Deposit
A deposit of 500 euros is requested and managed directly by AIRBNB.
Any damage or cleaning not done will be deducted from the deposit
* Cleaning
House cleaning after your departure can be done by a housekeeper.
It will cost you 50 € in addition to the rental price.
Otherwise, it's up to you to do the housework, and make sure that the rental is as clean as when you arrive. Remember to clean the oven and microwave if you have used them; the fridge must be emptied of all perishable products.
Remember to take out the trash before leaving.
For any cleaning not done correctly 100 euros will be deducted from the deposit.
