You can hear the neighbours above when in the lounge and bedroom 1, if they are listening to music or tv. Driveway has a tight entrance on a slope and you can squeeze two cars in. A cat has previously lived here and the flat has been fully cleaned since, but may still make you sniffle if you’re very allergic.
